The location is perfect, clean hotel with welcoming and polite staff, we would stay here again on our next trip.

Very easy to get to from main train station. Tram is close to main train station and you go towards st michel and get off at varbourn station. Just as the tram is going around the corner before vaubarn you will see the hotel. Very good place.

One problem is don,t book in on a sunday as there is no one there to let you in. They say that they send you a message to tell you how to get the key but we didn,t get it. Don,t know what the set up is with cleaning your room or changeing towels but we were ther 4 nights no one cleaned or changed towels. Didn,t bother me there is nothing to clean if you keep it tidy.

I really liked that rooms,looks like appartments, with 2 bedrooms,with kitchen,everythink was brand new.very clean and comfortable. Stuff and reception was really friendly and helpfull.

The only negative point,was that we had no internet in our room.

The room its excellent for a long stay, you have everything you need in the kitchen. The staff it excellent, kind and helpful. In general its a very good choice.

Our stay in the studio suite was pleasant, and the Wi-Fi connection worked well throughout.

It is close to the center, transport facilities;staff is really helpful and friendly. Loved the receptionist girl. However, check how to get there before arrival, as the building has no number. The area is ok. Tram stop near. Rooms the smallest as I have ever seen, but if you are a couple, it should be ok. Not sure if there are 'twin rooms'. We stayed around 9 nights,but the hotel is better for short stays.

Staff were really nice and helpfull, room was very clean and only 10 minutes walk to main attractions

The breakfast had a variety of food options like fresh bread, cereals, pastries, yoghurt, and cheese. the unit was modern and had convenient amenities like a microwave oven, a double bed, and a sleeper sofa. the location of the hotel was fantastic, within walking distance to the center of Nice and the Congress center. the proximity to the trams made it easy to travel around the city.

Clean. Near train station. Convenient to tramway. Economical.

Parking garage was very dark and hard to navigate. Poor signage. We arrived late after the desk was closed. If we had not called ahead, we would not have been able to access our room as no information about late arrival was provided on website and we did not realize that the main desk would be closed and locked when we arrived. But for our phone call, our trip to Nice might have been a disaster. I have never stayed at a place where there was not someone on the desk at all times. That fact should have been made known much more clearly.

nice room,equipped chicken, helpful stuff, good location(not far from Nice ruiquier train station, 5 minutes walk to the tramway station ,make me easy to go to Monaco and Cannes and the station Nice Ville) next time if I come to Nice, I will chose this appartment hotel.

It was a very nice stay for a good value of money. the room was reasonably priced and a nice size with a sleeper sofa. - I slept very well. - Close to a tram line, the location was perfect and reasonable to Nice centre.

It is a nice hotel with a quite goog kitchen, you can make food in the kitchen. If I will come to nice again, I will live here again.

Unless you stay longer than a week, you get one time room clean service. Otherwise, no one comes and cleans you r oom.

It was really close to the Acropolis exhibition center that was where I had to go during the week-end.
